I'm a little out of the loop with Genshit, but I returned to get Skirk C0R1. The real question is, are there any seriously must have units rumoured, or on the horizon? Because I could get Skirk to C2. I have her optimal team too, it turns out so it could be a very good investment but if there's someone hype incoming in the next few months or by anniversary, I'd rather save for them.

Any genshin scholars with reasonable guesses, or information?
