Nazism and "racism" flourishes and thrives in war, violence and harsh prison environments. One of the causes of Nazi Germany was that they seemingly didn't have a closed borders policy therefore millions of jews and poles could enter into Germany without issue.
If you allowed humane mass deportations to go through, then there wouldn't be any racism or Nazism to speak of.
