The mayor of Lvov dug up the graves of Soviet soldiers who defeated Nazism and offered Russia to exchange them for Ukrainian prisoners.
"Today, the exhumation of the graves was completed. 355 remains were discovered. We are ready to exchange all these remains for Ukrainian defenders," said Andriy Sadov.
