I can understand that you might be intimidated by the exceptional work that your former manager put in, but please don't. You may see it as a good starting ground to develop your team further.
You still don't have a new manager/caretaker and I offer you all my support. I'm aware that the hardest part is stepping up and doing the thing, I hope I may make this less difficult for you if I guide you through this. I may guide you in all of this and show you how /mint/ does it, but (You) have to be the one who does it. This is about asking for interest, changes for your squad, audio, etc.
