Genshin is a game sent by the heavens from how well balanced it is. Awesome 4-star characters and weapons that you can use to support every team. 5-star characters make a better team for more specialized endgame, but they are not required for normal gameplay. Same goes for weapons and constellations.

HSR is terrible. Fast paced banner schedule, no 4-star characters, light cones and eidolons feels like a character real kit instead of just bait upgrades, the game debuts new Paths that have no 4-star f2p light cone options, 5-star characters in need of other 5-star characters to be usable even on normal content (The Herta with Jade and Robin, Acheron with Jiaoqiu and Cipher, Archer with Sparkle, Rappa and Firefly with Tingyun Fugue, Ruan Mei and Lingsha, not to mention every sustain or healer are limited 5-star only, and it gets worse and worse once we enter Amphoreus).

WuWa is almost the same thing as HSR. No 4-star characters, 4-star weapons and even standard 5-star weapons are incredibly bad to compensate their weapon gacha being guarantee. Every new 5-star character needs another 5-star character... the only silver lining is that for normal gameplay you won't need the perfect team, so it can feel better than HSR at least on that. It also doesn't feel like dupes are important.
