It looks like Zenker might be based on (and named after) a 1928 battlecruiser concept by the guy in charge of the Wiemar Republic's navy. That means they should've given her a uniform that looks like what the Königsberg sisters wear. Slutty it up to modern standards, but c'mon, it's a nice color scheme and would've made her more distinctive. She looks and acts like a carbon copy of every other recent IB ship.
