I started the game later than most and as fun as it might be to fantasise about playing at launch alongside everyone else and experience the events I missed out on, I also know that if I'd started in 2020 I would reach the point of burnout a lot sooner
The game loses a lot of its charm once you're 'caught up' and only have the daily resin depletion (which apparently was capped at fucking ONE HUNDRED AT TWENTY back then) to look forward to
