it is ultimately your character so obviously you should edit her appearance the way you think fits best so if you want her to remain as naked as possible while still being interesting to look at then a more horizontal skirt would indeed fit better but i think she's already exposed enough and realistically that skirt would move and bounce around in motion anyway so either way is good
