As much AP and ATK as you can get, both crit stats are pretty much worth the same as DEF. This is what I use, with weeping gemini on both Jane and Burnice because they build each other's stacks. Her core passive maxes out at 375 AP so you need to hit at least that. Then her passion buff maxes out at 420, which I use weeping gemini's in-combat buff to reach.
