Sometimes pixiv, but often people just aren't properly downloading the full size version from xitter, which isn't exactly their fault since it loads high res images in a dumb way depending on devices (didn't think I'd pull this out more than twice in my lifetime). Sometimes the artists repost images in lower quality too which is doubly annoying to compare and keep track of.
