in all my time making fakes with different models, i have never seen anything that is "steerable" enough to be able to recreate the headphones and computer with wires in the background as accurately as it is in this image. Even the routing of the cables and stuff looks very similar.

all the model will throw in random other stuff, change the wallpaper, or do some other creative twist when you prompt it. it might be possible, but it would require a ton of work on a part of the image that is ultimately uninteresting, so for me, this seems very real
