The entrance of the College swings open, revealing a cavernous grand hall with many winding hallways and staircases leading further within. The mages press on straight ahead, up the largest of the staircases, where ornate double doors await you at the top.

“This is the Star Chamber.” The lead mage informs you. “It is where the Royal Sages convene to discuss matters pertaining to the state of Morfis. They have already sensed your presence within these halls and are awaiting you. Please, go on in.”

Doing as the mage says, you step forward and open the double doors. You take a few steps inside, only to find nothing but total darkness. As you turn around, the doors to the Star Chamber close, leaving you alone in the pitch black. Your hairs stand on end as you begin to think you’ve been led into a trap, when you suddenly sense the presence of others inside here with you. To your right, a single beam of light shines, revealing an elevated podium, where a woman stands. Carved into the wood is the depiction of a curved stave.

“Tristain d’Rusalka.” The woman says dully. A bored expression looks down on you. “Thank you for joining us.”.

A second beam of light reveals another podium, this one with the carving of a sun. In this podium stands a pale man with long black hair, dressed in similar finery as his companion. “We’ve heard much about you from Adjunct Alvin.” He says, only slightly less disinterested than the woman, who you figure must be Dexithea. “And we have no shortage of questions.”

“Like for example!” A third podium is lit up, a crescent moon carved into the surface. Another pale man appears, a scar running down one eye. “How is it that not one, but two ancient spirits have been let loose in your presence? And why is it that one of those spirits is currently unaccounted for?”

“Chryson makes a good point.” The first man says.“Those spirits were sealed for a reason. Fortuna in particular is incredibly dangerous, and represents an existential threat to Morfis.”

A fourth and final light appears. A white haired man stands at the last podium. The symbol carved in the wood here is a lightning bolt. His hands are folded as he stares down at you, gathering his thoughts before speaking.

“What Nicon says is true.” The third man, Lycus, by process of elimination, says. “I cannot imagine your shattering of the Wheel of Fortune was a mere accident. “You may be here to compete for Yulia’s hand, but judging by your recent actions, not to mention the…quesitonable ties you hold to the Cult of the Serpent, we can’t help but wonder the following. Are you an enemy of Morfis?”

>A): Explain that you did in fact break the wheel on a whim, and that your ties to the Cult were not as it seemed. (LCK+MAG: 52% success)
>B): “Alvin, Governor Tobias, and Ithaca can vouch for my credibility.”
>C): “I only stepped up where you failed to do so.”
>D): Write-in
