Really I just think it comes down to the fact that women work more now than ever, it sucks to work all day and then have to make dinner even if its just for yourself.

Glad I work for myself from home now, been cooking a whole lot more over the past 6 months. Just made some beer braised pork shoulder with vegetables this past weekend; was easy and didnt take long to do the prep work, but takes a while to cook. Cooking is fun, but only if you are bored.
