I think there was one other ID that had a passive like this but Ringsang is basically the exception rather than the rule. And honestly it was a pretty petty nerf because literally who cares if Ringsang was ran as a 6th and benefitted from the team T4 when shit like Glimpse/Thrill are nuking things out of oblivion
