The same for Korea, they have a high number of procedures per percent of population because the stats don't account for the huge amount of foreigners who go to Korea specifically for plastic surgery. In fact, during the covid lock down, their plastic surgery industry took such a huge hit that to help it recover, the Korean government had to grant special visa's just to help boot visitors who want surgery.

Most visitors to Korea for surgery are Chinese and Japanese.
