A page a day is the goal. Whatever day you guys have set aside in your schedule to work on it, if you dont have the layout of your page done by the day, it was wasted. If you are in the thumbnailing stages, get two/three done per day. When you are inking(or final line art or however you do this shit digitally) it should be two per day, however that can vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
Also unless you are doing a 4koma where the panels are all gonna just be the same square layout the way you are drawing this comic seems retarded. Drawing panels individually? Organizing them afterwards onto a page. That is fucking retarded. If you are working on one page work on the whole fucking page. Think of the page as a fucking whole, trying to scrapbook it or some shit after the fact sounds like you are making more trouble for yourself and not thinking ahead.
