I'm trying to download a dvd rip collection of this ancient tv show, Under the Umbrella Tree. It's stuck at 62% and has been since I started it in October. Once every few minutes, a seeder with 100% will pop in for a few seconds, but it never downloads. The seeder is not connecting to me.
