Chloe was unfortunate! Kaloshippers became copium addicts, and Chloe's tension was really watered down in comparison. She was the face of a massive shipper burnout, and it wasn't like she could 'replace' Serena either. IIRC her ship leaned more towards Goh. Gee, that must have been a frustrating thing to go through if you were that invested!
