It made sense for them to get out of the game when they could. Tumblr got way too toxic around the time she left and now people keep fighting all the time over "pro/anti" shipping, which I can imagine would be annoying for an artist to deal with.
Anyway, this is my favorite comic by her. Really captures the whole dynamic between the two pretty well, if they decided to go for it.
