I posted on /d/ earlier complaining about that exact image, no there's no version of it with the removable transparent black bars that I know of. In fact the full res that came with the ASMR it promotes is MORE censored. Maybe I'll make an extra gallery of extraneous extras like that which don't fall under the paywall sites umbrella which was the only focus.
