She does piss damage unless you're levels up on people and most of her burst is gated behind crit earth Q so if you're trying to 100-0 someone it can easily be fucked up
But she does have crazy windows
when you hit 6 you should find someone asap a 6 qiyana to a 5 anybody else is a guaranteed 1shot

Overall the strength of Qiyana is in her mobility, stealth and her CC you will always lose a straight damage contest
