0.136 average isn't too bad, I think it's your Paniel that's hitting your TPS. That mod got abandoned by the original team and the continued version is a little spotty. Last time I had a Milira with a full Milian team my TPS was still 700 by endgame, even though it's usually down to 350. Also get a show hair mod because your Rabbie isn't supposed to be bald.
