Lupa is literally Anko's BIS sub dps as she buffs Liberation and Basic Attack.
Having Brant would literally be detrimental because he wants those buffs and gives nothing to either Lupa or Anko other than being a fusion support for Lupa's 15% dmg amp.
You can just use Shokie or Verina
