Do NOT buy this game. This game (or any Cygames' shit) is soulless horrible trash.
10 years from now the only positive thing I'll remember about this game is the lobby anons, which are 95% the reason why I keep playing this turd, which really makes me think, considering I do the same with LEAGUE OF LEGENDS. Yeah, this game is almost as shit as LoL.
Wait for the .exe to slop around when you're bored but do not purchase it. Cygays does not deserve it. Not only for Rising but for how they treat all their IPs too.
