There's also this one I only looked into years back because I heard about it's NTR. The guy's girlfriend has been trained by this shota and is completely devoted to him. I don'tt remember much about it, but I do know it wasn't worth picking up just for this. It had some cheesy ending and the girl still ends up "taking care" of the shota, despite it attempting to be a good ending where everyone is happy... at least that's what I remember.
