Yeah, I've been subscribed to it for years. It's definitely worth the $10/month, at the very least for one month. Her husband is weird but the sessions themselves don't really feature him, he just holds the camera. It's all Sylvie narrating and translating. As someone who has personally consumed thousands of hours of muay thai content I think hers are some of the most valuable. It's basically free private sessions with the best Thai fighters to ever live. I've learned a lot of really neat and clever shit from the sessions.
They're all just private YouTube videos so if you really want to you can grab the $10 tier which unlocks the whole thing, download all the videos off YouTube onto a drive and then cancel your sub after or drop down to the $1 tier and keep up with the new ones as she releases them.
And it's nice that she donates a portion of the Patreon money to the fighters themselves. She's helped some of the older greats out a lot. I've even bought a couple t-shirts from them because they give all the money from their shop to whoever is on the merch. I don't want to shill too hard but Sylvie and her library are dope, worth the $10 take it from a stingy anon
