I guess with large races it would be obvious if there are genetic differences but there are like loads of different ethnic groups of indigenous people in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas maybe for whatever reason one of those groups is measurably smarter or dumber due to selection pressures in thier environment and we just haven't studied it idk.
