Ukraine’s military intelligence has intercepted an order from the field commander of the 2nd assault company of Russia’s 155th Naval Infantry Brigade, calling for the execution of Ukrainian POWs. He is heard saying: "Cut off their heads – put them on pikes, throw them out on the street, f... them!" This same brigade, already notorious for atrocities in the Kyiv region and elsewhere, has been repeatedly targeted by Ukrainian forces.
