Foreskin? Go for an inverted cage. I bought a picrel design with a cup on ali and it's made specifically to wrap the foreskin around the cup and the cylinder. For me, most cages with large holes ended up with the foreskin spilling out or folding inside. And if you don't want it, you can screw it out and use as a flat cage.
