I think Tenna will eventually come to terms with moving on and not needing to live in the past, being able to accept that he might not be with Spamton again in the future. He will still try to enjoy the time they do have together whether it's temporary or permanent.
But Spamton will always orbit around Tenna even if he thinks he's gotten over him.
