i only regret that a friend made the account for me because i was too young then and now i have no idea which e-mail was initially used or what the half life/cs1.6 product keys are that were used to create the account. now every time i have a support ticket i can’t do shit because they want those information from me otherwise they tell me that i can’t actually verify myself as the owner of the account without those information
