Mildly(?) spergy recent HS graduate. Don't have many friends, but I don't think I'm awfully weird in most ways. I have a lot of interests; literature (favorite author is Herman Melville), film (4 favorite films are Solaris, A City Of Sadness, Badlands, & A Short Film About Love), music (4 favorite music artists are Elliott Smith, Swans, Boards of Canada, and Godspeed You! Black Emperor), history (very general, but any non-southern European history from the 9th-16th centuries & all Mongol history have been my big recurring interests, though I've recently taken an interest in Persia), combat sports (e.g. HEMA, Muay Thai, MMA, Olympic wrestling, sambo, judo), hiking, camping, weightlifting (as in Olympic weightlifting, also becoming a fan of strongman), & the traditional anime (SEL, Paranoia Agent, Tatami Galaxy, NHK) and vidya. I have topsters available for my favorite albums, films, & video games on command, as well as a list of favorite books if you're interested. I'm very awkward at times, but I try my best to be engaged & engaging in turn.
