In three words or less explain why the devs keep wasting character designs on characters that end up being mob-chans and thus will never be rollable? They would make a lot more money just not wasting a design on "a generic character who will ultimately never be rollable", you get people hyped about a character coming out one day, get the fans talking about it, but instead they just confirm day one that the character is a generic non character who won't ever functionally exist as a real character.
