Gangs escaped to other countries like Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, USA. The only real issue here are corrupt cops but its different than dealing with gangs

Its a consequence of Obama's Embargos and then later Trump 1st term with Bolton dealing with Foreign Politics with Venezuelan Opposition which made gangs to move abroad for getting money since everyone here had nothing.

Prisons here are all a mess. I hope someday we get some CECOT shit but in all prisons
