Besides that obvious problem I'm not fully sold on him. I can't lie and say I wouldn't be interested in it but I feel like it just wouldn't work. Indy is a prick and a misogynist with an age gap relationship. Goose is too wholesome.

Hollywood is in such a state we almost have to worry about the Indy reboot just being a live action adaptation of the Great circle. Awesome game btw I probably wouldn't even be mad if they did something that lazy as long as they got the Voss actor back.

They unironically should do a Chinese artifact. Easy justification for them to try and win China box office (and hopefully if the box office is good the following movies are given decent resources) and it isn't pandering that hard because it makes sense Indy would do that. Also stops people from whining about how nazis are always the bad guys (even though they are objectively crucial to the movies)
