anyways it's mid-year. we have lost many, many posters, we used to have several threads/day here. now we are certainly in the doldrums as far as posting goes. things can change and i expect they will soon, bull market is just getting started, wait until the s&p is up double digits for the year, people will be back. they may have to get their sea legs in /biz/ first but people will learn, they go to where the good content is. i did predict all of this however. back in february of this year, i saw that many of our shipmates were unfit for the perilous journey that was ahead, and sadly i was right. many drowned in rough seas, perhaps never to return to the market. very sad. but it goes to show the importance of strategy, the winds can change very quickly, and a favorable blow can turn into a devastating storm in the blink of an eye. do think those that have weathered things so far will be well-rewarded, the trade winds are blowing again and big profits are just ahead. sad that so many were lost at sea.
