Yeah don't even bother trying to be wacky silly with the wind pad or trying to catch someone with something during the big windstorm, you'll just fuck up and waste a cooldown 90% of the time unless you're a god.

Actually I bribed the officials before the match started. I actually think it has something to do with whoever is on the spot first but that's me guessing because it really feels completely random most of the time.
