That's patently false. We see Clone Wars Anakin plenty of times in the movies. In the show, he is shown in the context of fighting a war, being in his element, being a hero and a leader, and being forced to clean up his act due to having to look after someone else. Whereas the movies are mostly about his lowest points, and he is mostly struggling in them due to the death of his mother, and then visions of Padme's death. Those lowest points that happened years apart don't determine his entire behavior as a character. This is a silly notion. This is not what was shown even in the movies themselves. Just as we see plenty of "lowest points" Anakin in the show, too. Character is defined by character traits, flaws and characterization. And those are the same. Anakin is described as a hero and a good friend, and everyone around him was shocked to find out that he fell. And that's what Lucas showed us.
