i have to suspect the development pipeline at CBU3 is pretty weighed down with various checks and approval processes, which is why everything is so slow for them to produce. it'd probably take them 4-6 months to approve a single .png face paint lol. they SHOULD be adding more customization options each expac though, more faces for everyone, eyebrows for highlanders, etc. stuff within reason but it'd make people happy to have more options.
