Same. I've also been playing since 2016, thousands and thousands of hours put into it, genuine memories have been made. And although we all shit on it and I do agree with everyone on the game's misdirection, it has become a big part of my life and we can't deny the importance this game has/had on the Bleach anime coming back and overall being a pillar for the community during the absence of any sort of Bleach material. Back then the anime had ended long ago, the manga was done and the idea of TYBW being animated was just a dream. So in came BBS. It was hype and tons of fun seeing the characters first come out, it was the closest thing we were gonna get to seeing these characters animated (or so we thought). The foundation of the gameplay is fun, flash stepping around and beating up mobs is fun, it's a nice power trip, the roster of characters deep, what other game will you be able to play as many characters as this one? None. Just looking at old banners fills me with nostalgia. Watching old summons reactions on Youtube brings me to tears. I was 18-19 when I first started playing now I'm in my late 20s. Although you can say it's sad that I value a game so much, it really was an escape for me. I remember going to a friend's house for a christmas party and I was showing him the game. He was not convinced in trying it out lol. No big deal. I remained autoing the game while we hung out. My family was going through a tough time and we couldn't really do anything for christmas that year, so it was nice of him to have invited us and join his festivities. I went home that night not knowing it would be the last time I saw him as he would pass away a couple of days later from a heart attack. I get teary eyed listening to this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--bvmRT4300 since it was my menu theme at the time. This game really holds a special place for me.
