You made me check and I know what are you're talking about.
If I recall right, someone said this on the panda: It's not just one person working on that series but a full circle that handles everything. It seems the main writer decided to quit because he got tired or didn't like the story or for other reasons and after that nothing came out.
Not sure how much true is this but it's a shame that such series is still stuck in limbo hell.
