He started like 3 months ago and he doesn’t know shit about how to do his job or how anything works and he got put in charge of an important project because someone else quit so now he does weekly briefings to leadership every Friday. He literally is so retarded he has no idea how to get half the shit done so he always asks me and everyone else the same retarded questions every week. He shares an office with a lady I have to collaborate with so I see this retard every day and have to listen to his stupid fucking faggot jokes. I walked in this morning and they were both laughing and he was saying something retarded about being bad at his old job and how he thinks he’s a personality hire at this one.
