Suzu clearly has a dakimakura of Yuu in that scene, but it isn't present in the manga. Also the scene where Suzu fantasizes about Yuu wearing the dog ears and collar a second time is original to the anime as well, where the manga just mentions the pause. It seems like the anime is going to enhance the yuri by quite a bit.
