Assuming you're using a tripod or any steady surface, you can try using manual mode with the same settings from that photo and play around with your aperture and shutter speed, just ignore ISO for now.
Aperture and shutter speed have an inverse relationship, so if you increase one, you have to decrease the other.
As you can see, it's not too hard to understand the exposure triangle once you take ISO out of the picture.
