I know that "phonk" is essentially a slur these days, but... early Phonk really did a lot to expand on that Memphis sound. Check out Evil Wayz (more focused on Memphis rap) or Positive Squad Vol. 1 (more broad, i consider it to be better).

The Amlux remix album "Ikebana" is really fun and just barely missed my list. Parts of it are trash (it's a collection of remixes by like 20 acts), but others are very clever.
