It's way, way too early for any feelings realization on Loid's part.
If Axeman continues at his current pace of "things are actually happening" and this investigation does turn into something, I think the optimal outcome is Loid accepting that Yor is hiding something from him. She has not been subtle about this and he's been bending over backwards not to acknowledge it. I feel like him being able to just admit that to himself in conjuction with his belief that she is not a threat to his mission/the family would be a really nice bit of incremental development both for him and their relationship.
No hints on what the secret is, of course. And this doesn't really even change that much. He obviously knows she's hiding something. He's just been sticking his fingers in his ears and screaming.
