gotta be my favorite build as of late
>+30% damage to shotgun so it reliably 2 shots everything
>permanent +20% attack speed
>permanent 25% damage resistance with permanent 15% TDR, +15% damage resistance for 1 hit every 5 enemies staggered (can tank a havoc poxburster and not lose all your toughness) and of course the panic button that also lets you make space and dispatch gunners quickly
>+20% reload speed keeps deathspitter stacks reliably up
absolutely destroying h40s with this, cakewalk if its not final toll or garden
