Oh you mean the base models kek, yeah base SD3/3.5L can produce amateur photoreal look but with the caveat that it has terrible anatomy when you try to do anything complex with the females.

Pic rel is a pic I tried genning back when SD3 medium came out.
Even 3.5 large is slopped compared to this though. SD3 is where it peaked.
