On BA Team Building depends a lot on the context.
In some game modes you don't need a tank, in other you need multiple.
In some game modes you need 5 buffers juicing a single DPS, in others you want multiple DPS.
In some game modes you absolutely need a healer to survive, in others you don't need to heal at all.
Whatever some Student is "good" or "bad" depends a lot on the context.

That said, pic related is a good reference of power and utility.
Pretty much all the Blue Fes Students are strong and useful at multiple game modes and any new player should aim to get as many of them as they can.
