Minor character with few speaking lines. Lots of competition from other good tomboy guppies like Maria. And unlike Arisa, she's an upright person so there's no desire to "correct" her.
There's not much of a story with her in terms of conflict or growth. She's just chill and does her own thing. I'm sure that's half the reason why they added the lesbian gags in that manga.
